Group Classes are taught in a fun flow of progressive Pilates exercises and guide you through creative ways to build your core, overall strength and improve your balance and posture. To get started with group classes you must first book an intro to Pilates Package with Heather (online or in-person) or complete an online Introductory Pilates 101 workshop that is hosted Quarterly over Zoom. Heather will fit you with the appropriate level group class to join. All group classes are currently taught on Zoom.
Privates sessions can be done from the comfort of your own home using a computer, iPad or Phone, as long as it has a camera. We can use the equipment that you already have or I can give purchase options for equipment or small props that will best met your needs. Sessions are one hour long and will leave you feeling taller, stronger and invigorated. If you live in the Kohala Coast area on the Big Island of Hawaii we can arrange sessions in-person.
